Hello everyone.  Well here is my first official newsletter.  First I would like to thank Christine D. (my up-line) for all of her support in getting me started.  Further more I would like to recognize Barbara Halsey, my mom, and Kristen Kessler, my best friend, not just for recent support but for every time I have needed to lay it all out and they somehow can always help me find the answers. 

Lastly I would like to thank all of you who were able to attend my very first class in August.  You all made my first class very successful.  To show my appreciation I am presenting to all of you a certificate for two free workshops or "crops" as I call them.  Again, Thank You!!!! 

My guess is that you are very excited that you received these two free crop certificates but may have no Idea what a Crop is.  So for all of those who are new to scrap booking here is a brief description of some of the things you can expect to happen at a crop. 

A crop is when you come and gather at my house on dates that I will have listed below.  You can come to every crop or just pick a few dates that co-inside with your schedule.  It is up to you.  Please remember to call and reserve your seat for the dates you want!  Crops may get booked up.  You will bring with you pictures, scrapbooks, and any scrap booking supplies or tools you have.  Please initial or print you name on all of your supplies so this will eliminate confusion, as you will have a lot of the same supplies as other people.  If all you have is pictures that is great. 

You can take the first steps in preserving your memories by organizing them.  Our company offers many organizational tips and tools.  Remember at my crops, my tools are your tools to use for the night.  I am there to teach, guide and encourage you. It is my mission to help you preserve the past, enrich the present and inspire hope for the future.  Trust me I have been cropping for two and a half years.  There is almost nothing more rewarding then being able to reflect on my family and to enjoy all of those wonderful memories again.

Fees:  For my crops there will be a $2.50 per hour charge or $10 per night if you are there the entire night.  On your birthday month you will receive one crop that month free of charge, but you have to be there sometime in that month.  No extensions.  For the fees paid you will receive lessons, help with any of your pages and free use of any of my tools.  Beverages and a light snack will also be provided.

Cancellations:  If you need to cancel which I know can and does happen please be courteous to your fellow croppers and call me so if I have someone on the waiting list I can call them and let them know.

Scheduling a Home class: This is a wonderful way to earn credit to receive free product.  Call me for more information and for current dates that I have available.

Becoming a Consultant: I would love to have any one of you on my team.  This is an opportunity for everyone.  It can be full or part time.  If you would like the exciting and rewarding job helping people to preserve there memories call me and we will get together. As time goes on I will be having contests or "scrapbook challenges" as we like to call them.  More information to follow on that soon.

Once you come to a crop you will receive a Memory Keepers Card.  This card in time will earn you free crops and even a free gift!  Just for doing something you love.

I will be having an Open House Sunday, November 24th from 10am to 4pm. Note:  There will be limited seating so if you would like to attend please let me know.  There will be no charge for this crop.  I will have info on  new product and I will also be making gift baskets.  I will have several made up for this event to purchase.  They really make an excellent gift.  Wedding, Baby, Birthday etc.  They are a great way to help someone to preserve their precious memories.  If any are needed prior to this event please let me know.  Gift Certificates are also available.
